Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Cyber-Bullying / Content Moderation Policy
Pixboom is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe online environment. Users of interactive features (comments, reviews, forums, social media integrations) agree not to post content that is:
- Threatening, harassing, bullying, or intimidating to any person
- Defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promoting violence, illegal activities, or self-harm
- Spam,phishing,or malicious code

Pixboom reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates this policy. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from interactive features.

Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Binding Arbitration
Except for claims arising from or relating to any actual or alleged infringement, misappropriation, or violation by you of Pixboom’s intellectual property rights, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Products, the Services, or your use of the Site shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time the arbitration is commenced.
The seat and legal place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong SAR. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, appointed in accordance with the HKIAC Rules.
The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong SAR”), without regard to conflictoflaws principles.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the company operates.
Exclusion for IP Infringement Claims
Pixboom may bring claims for injunctive or other equitable relief, or for damages, arising from or relating to your actual or alleged infringement, misappropriation, or violation of Pixboom’s intellectual property rights in the courts of Hong Kong SAR, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for such matters.
No Class Actions
All claims must be brought on an individual basis, and neither party may participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
Pixboom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or supply-chain disruptions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixboom with respect to your use of this website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Waiver
The failure of Pixboom to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Pixboom.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Pixboom. Pixboom may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
